Apple’s iOS will get the complete suite this October.
Adobe has revealed plans to bring a full-featured version of Photoshop to mobile, and you’ll be able to get it on iOS devices from October. A more substantial successor to the discontinued Photoshop Touch app is in the works under the codename of ‘Project Rigel’.
“Project Rigel is built in a way that serves the needs of professionals familiar with retouching tools on desktop, but more so for people unfamiliar with Photoshop tools like content-aware fill or spot healing,” Adobe’s Manu Anand told CNET.
Adobe is expected to announce further details about the app, including a specific release date, at its MAX Conference in Los Angeles in October.
The new mobile Photoshop is also coming to Android devices at a later date.
